At Sea Properties BG, we are committed to providing transparent, professional property services. This Refunds & Service Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to payments made directly to Sea Properties BG for:

  • Property search and consultancy services
  • Property marketing and selling services
  • Remote services (virtual tours, online consultations, document preparation)
  • Other agreed service fees

2. No Hidden Fees

We operate on a 100% transparent, fixed-fee basis. All costs are explained before you make any payment.

3. Deposits & Advance Payments

  • Deposits or advance payments made for services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If a service cannot be delivered due to reasons on our side, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a service within 14 days of payment if no work has started. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
  • If work has already started, we may deduct reasonable costs for work completed.

5. Property Transactions

Payments related to property purchases, deposits, or contracts are governed by Bulgarian law and the agreements signed with sellers, notaries, or third-party partners. We are not responsible for refunds related to these transactions.

6. Third-Party Services

If you engage external partners (lawyers, accountants, insurers, etc.) through our introductions, their fees and refund policies are separate and governed by their own terms.
